About Lisa
I started my love of culinary delights as a young adult, and worked my way up from a pantry girl to a waitress while employed at the Crock & Block, now known as The Keg Steakhouse.
After studying at Niagara College in chef training, I spent
ten years learning and working with local talented chefs and line cooks. This
led to a position as Head Chef for two wonderful years.
At this point I decided to finish my cosmetology course and graduated with honours. Hairdressing was my first position as a young girl, working with my mother, who taught me so much about the business. I was taught early and it stuck with me, making the transition to professional duties and requirements easier.
South Ends has been in operation for five years and I have worked with Niagara Fallsview Weddings and Two Hearts Wedding Chapel, as well as many wedding parties that have been booked from my reputation as a hairdresser. Now South Ends is going to offer a mobile service for both hair care and catering - I have finally created a way to bring both of my true passions together - and to you. I will bring to you elegance, symmetry and a relaxing, enjoyable time.
